We had a small glitch with the check-in process (passcode wasn't working) but the owners were nearby and available by phone and were able to help us right away. There was plenty of space, the furnishings were comfortable, we cooked in the kitchen with no problems, we found everything we needed. Great neighborhood, tons of nearby restaurants, and all the bells and whistles that you would need to stay for a couple days or a couple months. Quiet, safe, tons of parking, a full kitchen, laundry room, the whole shebang. Rachel always went above and beyond. Would highly recommend to anyone.”

“Wonderful views of the river and downtown. Every day we saw teams paddling Dragon Boats, scullers, kayaks, even small hot tub boats! We stepped out the patio door to the riverwalk. The condo was clean and comfortable. The photos don't do it justice-nice artwork and spacious main floor. Well equipped kitchen. Loved it!”

All in all it was comfortable and attractively decorated. The view of the river , boats and walking path are both fun and relaxing. “Wonderful and well-located building in the heart of the Pearl. Loft ceilings, excellent soundproofing, access to the outdoors, and house plants helped make the condo feel like a retreat from the city. Mattress quality is especially important for me in a longer-term stay and I was not disappointed. Three streetcar lines run right in front of the building making it easy to explore the city on public transportation. I rarely needed to be in touch with Meg during my 7-week stay, but the questions……

“We really enjoyed our stay. We wish we had more time to just hang out and walk around the community. Everything in the unit was great ( except the beds). Both beds were extremely firm. For this reason alone i would have second thoughts about staying again. If the beds are replaced with medium soft beds we would stay again. Not a major issue but the parking was full both nights we were there and we had to park on the street. I drive a Ram 2500 Mega Cab so that was a trick to find a place big……

“My partner and I stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed everything about it. Very clean, firm foam king bed (no bouncing, great for post surgery), useful kitchen and a huge living room space. Super thankful parking permit was included and managed by Becky. Becky was super helpful and quickly responded to questions. This place is right off the interstate making it so convenient. “We were looking for a short term rental (1 mo) as we looked for more permanent accommodations. Staying in the heart of Orenco was a great option. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery and more. Also, having two secured parking stalls just made it even more convenient.”

“My mother, best friend and adult daughter very much enjoyed our stay. The extra touches like the tea and cocoa were unexpected but very much enjoyed. The beds were super comfy and the layout of the condo made our stay pleasant. It was cold/rainy for much of our stay so we didn't get an opportunity to enjoy the patio. The condo is within walking distance of great places to eat/shop/play. The area was quiet and we felt safe everywhere we went. When we return to Portland, we would absolutely stay……

“My son and his wife live in this neighborhood. So many wonderful places to eat. Great grocery store right across the street. The condo is as it looks. Nicely supplied, but as someone else said, only one wine glass? The washing machine does not work. We were there for 3 nights. Slept well. Very quiet. Easy to check in and out. Would stay here again.”

“Love the apartment and the location, this is the second time I've stayed there. I would definitely stay again. The Washing machine is broken but still works. The late check out process isn't great and there's no flexibility when my plans changed and I needed a few more hours to stay. Communication is great with them and they are very responsive.”

“I've left a full review on the Vacasa site - they are the managers of the property. Not sure how you can access it. Basically it is a fabulous location in NW Portland, Slabtown. Right off 21st and all its restaurants and two blocks from 23rd and its shops and food and fun. SO walkable. Only a mile to downtown. Great grocery store and distillery :-) across the street. The condo is small and a bit industrial; has all the basics and we managed well enough. Our biggest issue came when one of us……
