“The rooms need a deep cleaning. Walls have residue from prior stays. Floors haven't been swept properly. There are hairs in the bed from other patrons...ewww. No body wash in the shower, just shampoo and conditioner. The bedding may not have been changed due to there being two different times that I encountered someone else's hair in the bedding. Fridge has sticky residue on it. There were sticky areas in the carpet. Ice machine dispenses ice with black specks on it. The room has an uninviting……

“Not clean at all requested a smoke free room because my wife is pregnant, the room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, no shower curtain, the room reeked of cigarettes and their was burn marks on the comforter. We requested a new room or a refund and they said no so we left. ”

“Room was ok. Didn’t have a crib even tho it advertised that it did. And we smelled cigarette smoke coming through our door even tho we got a non-smoking room!”

“They offer you candy when checking in. I must have looked at a different place to stay and accepted this one by mistake. Expedia had us wanting a smoking room? The room was clean but had a strange smell. It has only a space heater for heat. It is supposed to drop in the teens tonight. There is a unit in it that is supposed to be a heat/air conditioner that does not heat. Was charged $150.00 deposit incase we smoked in the room or for incidentals. Which we had no idea about! Which is……
