「We booked the hotel due to food being served, when we arrived there was no food during the week and only at weekend which was not reflected on the website. Room was not as described, very small, en-suite had mould all in shower, ceiling and it was dirty. ( see photos below ). Bed was damp, cold, springs had gone in mattress, room smelt of damp, was cold, carpet dirty very worn and overall the room was dirty. 「Staff is very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the family suite and it was perfect for us. Bring a hairdryer and hair conditioner if that is important to you.
We added the breakfast buffet which was a great value.
There is a connected pub with a kitchen which was great after a long day of travel.

「Really wonderful experience overall. The wait staff were amazing (the French and Italian gentlemen in particular), the ambience in the sitting room - just loved it all. The walking paths were exceptional as well.」
