「I read the recent review about the filth and overwhelming air freshener smell too late to cancel, so we went and I hoped for the best. Check in was like an interrogation and very unwelcoming, as we were asked how many people and if we had animals twice, as if we were not believed. The air freshener smell was indeed overwhelming. The bathroom door didnt shut, the toilet seat was dirty, the dresser reeked of mildew when you open the door and drawers. The pillows were dirty and smelled like dirty...

「When I went to the front desk to ask for a different room because ours smelled like smoke, the nice lady at the counter informed me that there was a window, and advised me to open it. When I tried to make sure I heard her right, she was nice enough to draw a window in the air with her fingers and mime opening it. It’s nice to stay at a place with such high quality service and helpful staff, equipped with timely advice when it’s needed. 」
