"Modern design, staff is courteous. It has the potential to do a lot better. Cleanliness needs improvement, there was hair on the floor and bedsheets had stains. One of the pillows were torn. No hairdryer in the entire hotel, bottled water not supplied in rooms. Shower temperature and pressure is ok but water splashes out of shower area to the rest of the bathroom. Toilet bowl flush is so intense that water splashes out of it. Note that monkeys may visit the balcony in the middle of the night to sleep. They were cute and not hostile but startled me and left a mess in the morning. "

"The pictures on Expedia sites are a bit misleading as there is no way that you can see The Ganga from your balcony and the games room pictures are from their other hotel up the road. Having said that, we did sleep well and the breakfast was okay. "

"We had an amazing stay at this resort and would highly recommend it. The property is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the staff made us feel welcome every single day. The food was great, and the wellness centre was lovely with lots of wonderful options. A special thank you to Kusum, Sita, Soban, and Anoop at reception, Himani in housekeeping, Vikas, Shashi, Sumer, and Saurabh in the dining room, and Sunita at the wellness centre. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and it was a pleasure seeing them each day. The location is also incredible. The views of the Ganga and the surrounding mountains are absolutely beautiful, especially during meals. We loved every day of our stay and are so grateful to the whole team for making it such a memorable experience."

"Location is amazing… very peaceful and right next to the ghat, which connects to Triveni Ghat. Perfect for aarti or just sitting by the river at night. But the room description is misleading, especially for the price you pay. They mention “lake view with balcony,” and honestly, I don’t understand what made them write lake view—there is no lake, it’s the Ganga river. Also, there is no private balcony in any room, just a common one outside the main lobby. So book accordingly and don’t expect a balcony room. Basics like bucket/mug, Wi-Fi details, and drinking water were also not provided upfront. Overall, it’s a beautiful property, but these things definitely need to be fixed."

"We stayed one night in the premier room with balcony looking at the Ganga. Very nice staff for very helpful. Food was excellent Masala Tea was my favorite to enjoy. We enjoy the dinner in the restaurant on site very convenient."
