Towels are missing, soap dispenser was broken, spider webs were clearly visible in some part of room. Shower water leaks on bathroom floor which is really bad because you need to be very careful while walking from shower to room - this problem exists in both upper end rooms. 「The wifi was pathetic, no internet on the wifi whatsoever, even I have to get addition data packs on my airtel network to use the internet at night, but then too, airtel signal is also very weak in there. I have not seen such bad wifi network in any 5* hotels I've stayed, please spend some money and upgrade your wifi/speeds as this is not cheap hotel and people expect good wifi, specially when travelling.
