“The property was without power for hours. No elevator during this time. Unfortunate but would have appreciated some kind of accommodation or compensation for the inconvenience. Blood on pillow join arrival.”

“Excellent spacious suite, nice breakfast, friendly staff. I was having problems with my room key though. Each day the staff would have to fix it so I could enter my room. It was a pain having to go back down stairs each day especially after being tired after a long day out. We stayed 3 nights and clean fresh towels would have also been nice. The maids never showed during our stay. I loved the location and would return.”

“The room has two beds which were both placed off center of the room. The left bed only had one foot of room between the left wall and bed to access the left side of bed. The right bed had over five feet of room between the right side of the right bed and the right wall. The two beds should be placed centered in the room to allow easy access to both sides of both beds. The walls between the rooms need much better soundproofing. “Location was great, right off I194. The room was very comfortable however there were a couple of places where the cleaning could have been better. The buffet was very good and always hot.”
