“The ocean view and cleanliness ”

“Everything about this hotel was great! It’s literally a 1 minute walk to stepping into the ocean! If you are looking for old Florida style, you will love it! This place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the hotel is well maintained, not moldy and decaying like most other older Florida hotels are due to the humidity. It was exactly what we were looking for in a 3 night stay. ”

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, from the cleanliness, easy check, convenience of location and smiling greetings! The room was great size for 2 people, ac worked great, shower/water pressure was awesome. We will definitely return! ”

“The rooms have always been comfortable for my brother and I (we don’t need much). I use my Hotels.com Rewards to discount my stays + the advertised price is usually lower than at the Hotel property. Great location for World of Outlaw Racing @ Volousia Speedway Park.”

“Crystal at the front desk made this a five star experience. She is kind, compassionate, and has excellent customer service skills. The ocean view room with jacuzzi tub was perfect for one of the coldest days in decades in Florida. The free breakfast was filling and offered a nice variety of cooked food as well as cereal and fruit. You can’t beat the location, price and customer care.”

“A great place to stay! The Palm suite 6 was very cute, cozy, comfortable bed and linens, updated and very clean. When we arrived, they had put on the TV a surf video with relaxing music and an atomizer with changing colours, very welcoming! There had been a small issue but both our contact and the young woman at the front desk were fully determined to resolve it. Kudos to both!! We will for sure be coming back. Highly recommend! ”

“Super clean hotel in an amazing location. Rooms were great, staff was awesome! Usual wear and tear on the outside of the building as you will see with any hotel right on the edge of the ocean, but again, definitely will stay here again, great place. ”

“The hotel was much easier to find this time around since they have a new, visible sign. Check-in was a breeze and James at the front desk was a really nice guy. The room was just as amazing as the last time my mom and I visited. Spacious, fulll kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, microwave. We loved the oceanfront view with balcony but it was just too cold to spend much time out there. Upon leaving, there was an issue with the elevator so we had to walk down the stairs from the 8th floor, but……
