“Extremely disappointing stay at LUX* Le Morne. While the property positions itself as a luxury resort, the experience fell far short of that standard. A major issue was the presence of a large number of cats roaming freely across the property, including around and inside restaurant areas. This was not disclosed anywhere on the website or booking platforms. This is particularly concerning as my wife is allergic to cats and became extremely uncomfortable and anxious throughout the stay.
