「The pool at Hot Tub were out of service, and a year ago it was still the same way. The stairs are not finished, and that’s been a year. We will not stay here again. It was awful. I don’t think I would’ve rented that motel room if I was the owner. Fix your motel, get it back in order the way it was, and we’ll see what happens.」
