“I was a little hesitant to book this particular condo, as it appeared very dated in the photos and was a bit costly. However as a result of rhe hurricanes, options were limited. It was dated and over priced for our experience. Each shower has a strip of mildew above the enclosure and in the floor corners. One bathroom shows the sink has leaked so long it has washed away the sinks porcelain finish. The corner of the living room has blatantly loose drywall tape that has been painted over. The……

“This rental is a very new, very nice, very clean, 3 level town home style unit with very high ceilings in a new construction quad-plex located in a residential neighborhood. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, a nicely equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious living room, and it has a garage too. There are decks with wall-to-wall windows and sliding doors on the front of the building. These decks are off the living area and the master bedroom and are a great sitting / relaxing area……
