“Had a wonderful vacation at the Mayan Princess. The room was super nice and the food was pretty good for buffet all inclusive. 13 days and didn't really get tired of the menu. The beach was very clean but very busy as expected. The reef was awesome with hours of snorkeling new areas.
The one complaint about West Bay is that all the water taxis, dive boats, and tour boats were constantly driving around and many were 2-stroke outboards to the smell of gas and exhaust was sometimes pretty bad.”

“ARCA was great and cozy. The staff is amazing. The manager is even better, Probably beyond their control but a little less trees over the pool would make more appealing. But the food was delicious and the rooms were modern, chic and cozy. Love the aesthetics!”

“We were there 2 weeks from March 23 to April 6, with breakfast included. it was our 3rd visit to the hotel over a 10 year period.
Renovated rooms and pool looked great!
Bathroom fixtures could have used an upgrade but other than that, everything was awesome!
Room was super clean and done before 11 everyday. Great beds, great pillows and awesome linens.
We found breakfast to be good and never felt like using the omelette station as the options on the buffet were varied and excellent! Lots of……
