「Staff was rude and did not feel like a welcoming environment」

「I loved every bit of my stay, it wouldn’t be as memorable or mesmerizing without the staff. Daisy was my hostess/ waitress most my breakfasts and I’m grateful for her and her kindness. Everyone was so supportive and helpful. The only thing I’d say is just make sure if you book third party and you add breakfast make sure upon arrival that you don’t get possibly charged for additional breakfast charges and make sure before you check out that same thing if you already paid for the breakfast...

「Nice hotel and staff the economy rooms0 are small and dated no refrigerator or microwave you have to walk to the lobby to get ice but other than that a good hotel to stay and the free shuttle and boat to big French key definitely a plus」

「We stayed on a beachfront room, but unfortunately, it was situated right in front of the bar. So early in the morning, you could hear the staff talking loudly and laughing. I think that in this type of properties, the staff should more quiet, and let the guests have a more quiet vacation. The same happened while having breakfast, the staff communicates with each other by talking loud at a distance, which should not be the case. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice, very clean, very well...
