“Clean, spacious property with two ample bedrooms, a large lounge and a well equipped kitchen on one floor and a toilet and shower room (with a good shower) on the floor below. Nice touches included a bottle of milk in the fridge and charging points at both sides of the comfy beds”

“We had an amazing 2 night stay and would highly recommend this property. We had property #3 which was on the 3rd floor access is only by stairs. This had two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room/ Kitchen area. We loved that they had the basic necessities for our stay this included kitchen supplies washing up liquid, surface cleaner, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee including pods for the coffee machine, satchets of milk in the fridge. Loved this. Then in the bathroom there was……

“It was a lovely little cottage, had everything we could need. Staff were also very helpful. very comfortable place. We enjoyed our stay very much. However the mattresses were a bit hard but that made little difference. We still slept well 😊 would recommend! ”

“The apartment door is hard to open, the hair dryer is dusty. The worst is there have to pay for the damage protection fee after you made the booking. It’s non-refundable apartment that means we have no choice & have to pay for it. They should list out what we should pay in advance not after booking. ”

“Bedford House was amazing, the owners were fantastic, we had to change our dates at short notice they were very accommodating, thank you, we had a lovely 3 night stay and could have stayed longer, we were very lucky with the weather, we would absolutely recommend Bedford House but would not book through Hotels.com again, absolute nightmare of a company, when we tried to change our dates they told us that they could not do it as they could not contact the owners so we looked them up on their……
