「We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. 「We just returned from Rome today! The appointment was in a nice location. We loved the balcony. The bed pillows and bath towels were not to our liking. These two things can easily be replaced and would add a great updated. I would also suggest having some wine glasses and a throw blanket. Host was very nice and made check in and out easy! 」

「I do not recommend this hotel. Very overpriced for what it is. Also I am not sure why the word Luxury is in the name. Nothing luxurious about it. It looks better in photos but it is way more worn out IRL. There was no staff present while we were there and unfortunately I didn’t realize they had such limited hours when I booked but we only needed one night and that was hard to find. The mattress and pillows were the worst I experienced during my 2 weeks in Italy. At least it was quiet at night....
