“Chris at he front desk welcomed me when I arrived. I was disappointed to find out when I was checking in that the property had already charge my credit card without my knowledge. I called to confirm my reservation and I was not told that my credit card was going to be charged. I booked through Expedia and chose Hotel Collect my reservation was not pre paid. Front desk agent upon arrival didn't know why my credit card was charged not even authorized and the guy upon c/out told me that I prepaid……

“The hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast in the morning had some nice options. Plenty of restaurants, Publix, target and gas stations close by. My only complaint was the room did not smell very good. If you have ever smelt a wet carpet, That was the odor in the room. We arrived late and left early so we did not make much of a fuss about it, but it definitely made it hard to be completely comfortable in the room as though that was the issue likely stay at the Hampton……

“So pleasantly surprised! Our room has been renovated and its wonderful! Comfy beds and the shower is fantastic! No shower curtain to deal with is a HUGE plus! ”

“The stay was fine, beds were comfortable. The room had a weird smell to it. Possibly coming from the ac. Other than that, everything was perfect ”

“The staff of the hotel was very nice and helped me arrange a cab immediately to pick me up from the hotel to the airport to catch the flight in time, when the pick-up service I ordered online was not delivered to me at the end without any notice even after 40 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time. My appreciation to the staff of the hotel. Thank you so much!”
