I personally think the room could have been cleaner. There were old/used masks behind the nightstand and smudges/marks on the cups that were in the room. Also a lot of unexplained bugs like flies and i got bitten overnight. I wont be returning.

Sleepless in Rochester
The floor we stayed on had a bunch of people parting and were loud until 330am then they woke up at 530 so I got about 2 hrs of sleep the entire night not a pleasant by far but the staff was kind and helpful.
Room had certain flaws, but nothing major...only thing was my girl wanted to get in the pool & the fitness room but they were closed.

The staff was very nice. My biggest complaint was that the hotel was so noisy and the walls are so thin I could hear the people in the room next to me. The carpet needed to be cleaned as it look like gum was embedded in a couple different locations
the property is severely run down alot of annoying guest which i know the hotel has no control but maybe get a real security guard ? i was cat called so many one guest even followed me too my room first day then the following day stalked me outside

The room when I checked in was awful. There was makeup on the pillows, the bed skirt was torn, and there was something smeared on one of the walls. I went down to the front desk and the manager was very accommodating. He gave me a new room and went up with me to inspect it.
Smelled like cigarette smoke in lobby and butts outside very dirty. Hallway second floor smelled like marijuana. Sticky stuff on the night stand in my room.. freezer in. Fridge was frozen closed.
I had to ask for another fitted sheet & another comforter they had old blood stains on it . I wasn’t issued a room key for entire weekend due to “system” being down .The garbage pale wasn’t swapped or changed even when I sat it outside the room . I’ve never experienced nothing like this before
Very clean very quiet. The staff was very friendly

We have stay here before and it is not what used to be. Regarding staff and the cleaning personnel they were great. But the matress need to be replaced and the internet and tv signal were poor. For the price it was good.
It's unbelievable so called "Hotel" turns out to be for homeless people due to current virus situation. We felt very uncomfortable especially people around staring at us and the environment looks bad. Secondly, we can never enter the room 109 because all two keys (card) not working ! After five minutes a technician came with his key.. door open ! The minute we step into the room, both beds are messy seems like someone have just slept on it. We were very upset and uncomfortable and decided to checkout and leave. WE have spoken to the manager- Rachel and she told us we can write to Hotel.com to request for a refund. Looking forward to hear from your side. Thank you

We were very dissapointed with the cleanliness of our room. We had two hairs in our bathroom. One on the toilet seat and other in the sick. We also found about an one inch of dust on the furniture. It was so thick you could write your name in it. We also had double beds and one of the beds sounded like it was falling apart. Every time one of us turned it made these horrible noises. Now, The reason why we didn't request another room was because we arrived so late and we're so tired that everyone just wanted to go to sleep. Now to top it off when we checked out the next day the front desk person was sitting there covered from head to toe in a big blanket. Just not professional. Overall not pleased with this hotel.

There was very little to actually like. The property was rundown and dated, the door to the room had gaps around it you could put your hand in. The TV keep “losing connection”. The breakfast the cost $13 was well below expectations and not as good as the free breakfast elsewhere.
We had adjoining rooms, which is what we wanted. The condition was pretty dirty, smelly and outdated.
The pool area had a lot of windows which was nice.
My room key had to be re keyed every day i stayed. Even the maid could not enter my room to clean. The fire alarm went off twice during my 6 day stay. Once at 2 AM for over 45 Mins. The swimming pool area was dirty and poor supervision. A pool light was flouting in the pool with wires hanging out. The Breakfast Buffet was not part of the price as the add suggested. It was $1250. Not that great. Could get a Steak abd Egg Breakfast down the road for $11.00. A flood in the hallway was not taken care of. Had to walk through it the day after when checking out. My shoes got wet and I almost slipped and fell. I complained and was told that I could have a free Breakfast. No thanks. The clerk said he would try and get me $100.00 taken off my bill. I stayed in this hotel twice. Never again. !!!! .

DirectTV kept dropping out "no signal found". Owners (not staff) need to get flat roof fixed, there were multiple leaks. Not their fault that there was a fire alarm at 2:30 a.m., but that was really alarming, lol, to have to evacuate.
