“Shampoo and shower gels had run out. Bathroom flooded a bit as floor divider thing was a bit thin. One of the side lights by bed did not work. Was a lovely room. Great views. ”

“What an awful stay - everything was OK until I woke up in the small hours of the morning with bites all over my arms. I ended up sleeping width ways at the foot of the bed as I am certain that bedbugs had bitten me whilst lying on the pillows by the headboard. I complained to Debbie in the morning and she steadfastly refused to acknowledge that it could be bedbugs even though I showed here all the bites, including 2 on my neck.
