「An outstanding property, I couldn’t fault this place. Very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The host was very professional at check in. Very secure for parking. 「Great apartment just 5 mins walk to the pier with all of its attractions. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. If I was going to Clacton again I would have no hesitation in staying here. 」

「We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round .」

「Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. 」
