“I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. “The management team was awesome, the AC didn’t work in the main room on the first night but Ms Vicki made sure that I didn’t go a second night without it.”

“The overall property was great, including the staff (superb). The problem was the hot water was broken, and unless you asked, no one was going to say anything. As a paying customer, the staff should’ve been calling each and every occupant to let them know what was going on two out of my three nights or without hot water without any kind of a follow-up. ”
