“Overall the stay was good but for the entire weekend there was no internet and there was no apology or compensation. Ended up spending extra on roaming to stay connected. But other than that this place was great”

“New property! All rooms have a balcony with a breathtaking beach view! Beautiful pool/ pool deck area with cabanas! Rooftop pool was also beautiful and the artwork throughout was a perfect touch! Loved it! Drinks at the pool bar and the lobby bar were delicious as well!”

“Resort was excellent. However my room air condition was not working properly. It was very hott. I complained 2 times and there was no resolve. They sent someone to check it but it still did not blow cold. Otherwise the resort food and other ammenities was very good.”

“I paid for a room with a balcony. upon arrival.I requested it be on the four floor. They places me.in a regular room. No Balcony. Please refund me the difference in the rate from a roo. With a Balcony verse theor regular room.”

“The hotel does need to be updated but the location is perfect. The room was clean and the workers come everyday to fix the bed. One day my room was left unlocked when I came back and my items were moved around. Besides that the staff were helpful and the pool was clean.”

“I was given a horrible room on ground floor looks like it was flooded in recent weeks..sheets dingy and even had stains..I complained they said I paid for basic. I was going to look for another hotel but then they moved me to a better room. Breakfast was also not worth the price poorly prepared. Would not go back!”

“The drinks were so good that I never made it for breakfast. Lol! The lunch and dinner were good though. This resort is for more of an older crowd, and everyone there besides me was retired. I enjoyed my stay there, the staff is friendly and helpful, the bartender Trey is hilarious and entertaining, and the manager is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. ”
