“We loved the tranquil family run hotel. Frankly, we think it is the best place to be on the island. It is a bus ride away from the craziness of the town center. The food was delicious, the location was very pretty and tranquil, the snorkeling across the street was sweet, pool was refreshing, but most of all was the understanding of tourists needs by the staff and family! We stayed 5 nights and will remember the daily interactions with the family and thoughtfully hand picked staff. Cheers and……

“Llegamos en el Chatet a las 9 pm. Llamamos, sonamos la campana pero no había nadie. Calle oscura, quedamos por 30 minutos esperando hasta que consiguimos contactar una persona que nos dijo que la llave estaba en el buzón. No nos comunicaran por el portal e-mail o WhatsApp. Llegamos directo del aeropuerto con hambre pero no habia nada para comprarmos y el aplicativo Rappi no hace entrega en ese barrio. En el día seguinte por la mañana solo encontramos empanado y café que se vendían por los……

“Excelente atención, al apartamento contaba con todo lo necesario. Las instalaciones estaban para estrenar y loa cuartos amplios con sus respectivos closets. La atención de la persona que nos recibió fue excelente. ”

“Very nice to be outside of town and have a great view of the sea and our own pool. There were iguanas, other lizards, and giant hermit crabs in the yard. Geckos hanging out in the patio. Quick trip by mule wherever you wanted to be. Staff was incredible.”

Te cambian las toallas dia por medio y una para cada uno , olvídate del shampo y condicionador. EL AGUA PARA BAÑARSE SOLO OFRECEN FRIA !!!!! Se escuchan las ovejas , gallos , perros todo el día y de noche es una locura querer dormir con los animales , la música fuerte por todos lados las 2 millones de motos tocando bocina a cualquier horario , el ruido de todos gritando dentro y fuera del……

“Let me first say that we had an amazing time in San Andres. Sandra, who is your main contact there, was amazing and so helpful. We speak Spanish, so that was not an issue; I don't know how well she speaks English as we never communicated that way. However, she attended to all our needs and directed us to a fantastic stay. San Andres is probably one of the poorer islands in the Caribbean. Since it can't take cruise ships, it relies on Colombian tourists. I don't think there are a lot of expats……
