"Staff was friendly, accommodated our request for a ground floor room with an upgrade as that was a room that was ready and ground floor. Towels were so nice a soft as were the bed linens (very comfortable and good quality) Pool area was amazing and the restaurant had great food. "

"The hotel was located at an amazing spot facing the mountains. The alpine wing was newly built and the rooms were really good size, the kitchen and the kitchenware provided was very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and reception staff were helpful with providing info on current events happened at Jasper, and places to go for."
