「The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location is gorgeous. The rooms are well appointed. The bathroom was fairly small and lacked counter space, but that would not be a reason to not come back to this fabulous hotel!!!! Ps. the bed is super comfortable.」

「Our stay here was absolutely AMAZING. We were getting our vows renewed in Salem--the staff not only let us have our room early so we could get ready, but helped my husband printing out his vows. They were nothing but kind, considerate and helpful. The room was WONDERFUL--so clean and comfortable and the views are out of this world. I do not know how to give this property more positive compliments. We can't wait to come back and I highly recommend this property to everyone who is visiting Salem...

「Clean, quiet, comfortable, and the host was wonderful. We truly enjoyed our short time in Gloucester, and staying at the Harborview Inn added to that enjoyment. If we are ever in the area again, we would stay here again without hesitation.」

「The parking was great right on site and the beach view was there!, when we went to close the bedroom shade the entire thing fell down. Seems someone before us had broke the thing and taped it back together the room was clean and everything we needed was there in the kitchen. Would stay again」

「This was such an amazing place to stay. It was a beautiful old Victorian House with extra cottages in the back. We stayed in Carriage House 3. Beautiful decor , large and airy. Beds were comfy and plenty of pillows provided. Mary was very helpful and provided great support. Overall I would rate our visit a 10」
