「Friendly staff and cheerful atmosphere were very good. It is a small hotel and does not seem to have a lift. The wifi environment was so comfortable that there is nothing to say. 「This hotel was further from Cochem than we hoped for. I booked two rooms for one night at least four months in advance requesting large windows that open. We got one room with a very tiny window only, and one room with a medium size window. The staff was very nice and apologized for not meeting my request saying "they didn't know how this happened". Enige min punt geen airco was bekend maar ook geen ventilator aanwezig zoals aangegeven. Verder heel basic maar prima voor doorreis. Winkels op 10 minuten lopen. 10 minuutjes naar de kabelbaan met de auto. 」
