「staffs are not nice」

「This hotel is situated in the perfect spot to get around St Johns. We were close to everything! The hotel was clean and my kids loved the pool with the slides. It was convenient to have East Side Marios attached to the hotel as well.」

「Two things, not enough options for vending machines and we were surprised we had to pay for parking which we were not aware until husband was settling bill &15 dollars a day was a lot ,but hotel was great. Would recommend..」

「A beautiful hotel with a nice restaurant. Walkable to the bars on Water Street. Great parking. Accessibility was important and bathtub/shower was easy for my husband to use. 」

The room was nice the bathroom very clean with the exception of one spider surprising me in the shower. The smoke shack was big and comfy. One bus to downtown, 10 mins on foot to the mall. All in all a great stay.」

「We had an awesome time at Mallard Inn. The rooms are newly renovated and beautifully designed. The property is a historic building right next to Quidi Vidi Wharf. As the property just opened under new ownership when we visited, there were minor hickups (like eg. a missing bin in the room) which have been quickly resolved by the attentive and friendly stuff. Parking on site is limited and extended dinner options require a car to go into town.」
