“Check in 時員工告知泳池沒有開，可以幫我們取消， 但我們已經去到了， 便要求升級房間，職員很好讓我們升級了。 房間其實很不錯，整潔的。每位員工也親切有禮。 只是裝修比較舊式，床也睡得舒適， 房間只有一個USB插頭充電。 洗手間廁紙有待改善， 是薄紙張不吸水的。 吹風機上的膠已溶化，黏手的。健身房設施也不錯只是水機裏面沒有熱水， 早晨款式不多，薯角不好吃，其他還可以。 整體來說十分滿分有八分”

“The hotel lobby is strikingly beautiful when you first enter. They have a two-space restaurant and a club lounge. I had access to the lounge which was extra luxurious with snacks, hot and cold drinks, breakfast and dinner appies. When the lounge was closed one day, I received a voucher for the restaurant's buffet. The doors locked in the evening so you needed your key to enter. It felt very safe. The hotel is located at the end of all the action and it was about a 25 minute walk to the other end……

“The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant in the hotel was always busy so it must be good. We didn’t eat there however. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Close to the waterfront and George St. We walked to the Rooms and to Signal Hill, a bit of a hike uphill but easily accessible. Close to Quidi Vidi but driving is more reasonable. We loved looking out of our room window at the harbour. We recommend this hotel.……

“Beautiful and comfortable modern space and you cannot get any better in terms of location within St. John's. The noise of partiers on the street can get a bit loud at night so bring ear plugs if that is a concern for you. ”
