「Great hotel, we booked the Prestige package, which was very much worth it, daily free spa access, unlimited bottled water and access to the restaurants (as a substitute for the buffet dinner). Two comments: 1. The tennis rackets are in very poor condition, so bring your own if you want to play 2. 「Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. 「Es un lugar donde no volvería, el alojamiento mediocre con unos muebles antiguos, la mesa del salon estaba que no se podía mover porque se rompia, pocas cosas en la cocina que son basicas, tienen un tendedero en un espacio de una mini terraza pero no tienen lavadora, lo peor me desapareció la tarjeta de crédito en mi habitación y lo comente en recepción y me dijeron que lo comunicariarn a dirección y no he recibido ni siquiera una llamada al respecto, pasotismo maximo. 」
