Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway. The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress! Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when……

“Gorgeous hotel, on arrival we had free glass of wine we also were treated to a bottle of wine and chocolate in our room. We also got an unexpected room upgrade for free which was lovely. The pool area was beautiful. Hotel vibe was really really nice. My only comments would be inside the pool there was some green markings from where the water sits. “Great hotel, we booked the Prestige package, which was very much worth it, daily free spa access, unlimited bottled water and access to the restaurants (as a substitute for the buffet dinner). Two comments: 1. The tennis rackets are in very poor condition, so bring your own if you want to play 2. The late check out (which is included in the Prestige package depending availability) was a bit cumbersome to get arranged, we ended up having to talk to the hotel manager to use this benefit, but in……

“Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était également très décevant, les repas étaient immangeables. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine……

“Great location. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room is spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was ideal for a short stay of 5nts but if I were staying longer I would request a room on first floor as mine was next to the pool and entrance which had no privacy. I was forced to keep the curtains closed in the daytime if I was in the room. I would have preferred to let the natural light in but it was not too great a problem as I was out most days.”
