Detached Villa, Very Comfortable With A Home From Home Experience

"La maison est spacieuse et profite du meilleur emplacement. Le complexe très calme et peu fréquenté. Nous avions l’impression d’avoir une piscine individuelle, il n’y avait jamais personne et elle est placée juste en face de la maison. Nous avions à disposition tout le nécessaire. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le barbecue car la grille et les ustensiles étaient complètement rouillés. Les renseignements pour l’arrivée sont très clairs et complets à condition de pouvoir ouvrir le fichier Word sur le téléphone, en fichier Pdf aurait été plus simple. Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique et recommandons cette location sans hésiter"

"What an amazing Villa experience. Christhian is very friendly and an excellent host, with regular and thorough updates both prior and during our stay. Villa Alicia is exactly as it looks in the photos (which isn’t always the case when booking a villa). The pool and entertaining area was perfect for our young family to enjoy. The pool is heated, which makes a big difference. This was our 6th holiday to Playa Blanca, and our 5th Villa stay. Villa Alicia was by far the best. Situated in a quiet residential area further out of Playa Blanca centre, but still very accessible to the main tourist hub via the No.30 bus which runs every 30 mins. We had a very relaxing 2 weeks, and can’t recommend this villa and its host highly enough."

"We have had a lovely stay at Rainiero’s villa. It was well equipped and in a quiet location but near some good local tapas restaurants. Our children especially enjoyed the pool which was a good size. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."

"Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Es fehlt an nichts, insbesondere in der Küche. Was ja nicht selbstverständlich ist. Was unsere eigene Erfahrung uns gelernt hat. Pool ist sehr schön und ausreichend groß. Der Pool und die Villa wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir waren 14 Tage da. Es sind viele Lokalitäten fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub auf Lanzarote. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

"The property was just a described , so close to the sea and walking distance to supermarket and restaurants… the walk into playa Blanca along the sea costal path is a beautiful walk, 5km but lovely.. the villa has everything you would require to self cater if required and everything was clean, tidy and well presented…. Very spacious too…. Couldn’t fault anything and would def recommend …. Car hire is cheap in the island and well worth getting about to places like tequise and del carmen etc .. we all had a fab time.."

Stunning 3 bed 2 bath Villa with Private heated Pool

"Second stay at the villa. Host has added air con in the bedrooms, new fridge, lighting much better, outside seating is new and a gate has been added to improve security. Overall villa is perfect for our needs. In the faro park area of playa blanca over by the lighthouse area away from the main area. Five minutes walk to the restaurants, bars and shops. Two minutes walk to a nice seafront promenade. 3 bedrooms, 1 upstairs with an en-suite and a lovely private balcony with two bedrooms downstairs each with two single beds with a family bathroom close by. Parking just by the villa so not far to carry bags or shopping."
