「I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. 「L’hôtel est très idealement situé à Playa Blanca. Les suites sont très spacieuses. L’hôtel est très beau, la salle de restaurant est superbe. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très complet et varié. 「A few issues with our room on 1st day (1) could not open the door lock; (2) no channels on TV; (3) handwash in bathroom & shower hard to use; (4) unfamiliar with shower operation. All were attended to immediately apart from door lock: 1st day different staff members turned the lock open with apparent ease (making us feel inadequate); 2nd day 'handyman' squirted WD40 into the lock (not solved); day 3 handyman arrived with a set of locks, one of which worked smoothly for the remaining time.
