“very nice hotel, room is large and good view, bed is large, buffet is quite exceed my expectation, variable and good taste. you can book the tour in the hall near reception and there will be bus coming to hotel to pick you up, even the bus is from other cities... for example the bus take other guests from capital/carmen/costa tagisse will come to the hotel to take you...it make me feel sorry that we are the last guests and waste other guest's time. :) during the 4 days stay I also get chance to……

“We just spent 4 nights at Iberostar. Would highly recommend this hotel, the staff were really friendly, plenty of activities to do for everyone. We went half board and they had a lot of choices (vegetarian/vegan) for both breakfast and dinner. I went with my 6 year old and he really enjoyed the water slides at the hotel. The room was really clean and spacious. We had double partial sea view room. The hotel also has a good location. ”

“Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Food is ok, nothing bad just standard all inclusive buffet. We chose bed and breakfast and ate out. Rooms nice, all very clean and good facilities. Swimming pool (preferred) is a lovely area to chill.”

“This is out of my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Travel with a 3 year old boy this is definitely a good choice staying here. There are some splash park and toddle pools for liitle one, its a joy for him everyday after breakfast. Location is good also the food is good, everday has different options and some tasted wonderful! 5 star for me at this price 🙃”

“Meine Bewertung geht’s nicht um das Hotel selbst, sonder um die Reservierung bei Expedia: Das Zimmer war richtig toll und super angelegt mit tollen Blick auf Meer. Dank Expedia haben wir ein Getränk mit Schokolade Begrüßung bekommen. Das Beste war die Einladung zum Abendessen am „Volcan“ Restaurant und zum Spa (auch dank Expedia)”

“Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience.”

“Loud music through huge speakers at the swimming pool - animators shouting through huge speakers at the swimming pool during polo-games with only 10 people and no-one watching. Overall appreciation: great hotel but too noisy at the swimming pools. ”

“Buenis días He pasado unos días muy agradables en este alojamiento. La comida estupenda!! Lo que no me ha gustado ha sido que las hamacas estaban reservadas desde las 9 de la mañana sin ser ocupadas por nadie, nosotros no encontramos ni una libre hasta bien entrada la tarde cuando los extranjeros se iban!! La animación estupenda pero dirigida totalmente a los ingleses...en español ni las buenas noches. El personal muy amable, muy atento y educado.”

“Si vous recherchez les prestations d un 5* passez votre chemin. Mais vous ne trouverez pas d autres rapports qualité/prix aussi bon avec cette vue imprenable sur la mer et sa situation dans la vieille ville. Les chambres sont un peu vieillotes et la nourriture variée mais peu goûtée. SVP il y a du bon vin à Lanzarote : ne proposez plus votre piquette ! Pour la vue préférez les appartements 400 et plus.”

“30mins from airport. Restaurant staff attentive. Food good. Check in was good. A little rough checking out but restored by gentleman who first attended to me but he stepped away to help two other people when a young lady came up to me offering help but I told her the gentleman was helping me. She said I was rude to her by what I told her. I was alarmed and replied that she should not tell a guest that. I waited for the gentleman and he gave me sparkling wine which I declined but he insisted.……

“The H10 Lanzarote Princess was a great find for our budget. It was conveniently situated near to shops, play parks and playas blanca and dorada. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially on reception and cleaning teams. The outdoor pools were varied and fun, though the water was very cold even though the weather was lovely and warm when we were there. The indoor pool was warmer but sadly was too deep for younger children and non swimmers. There were a variety of outdoor activities……

“Nous avons aimé l’hotel, sa localisation, les piscines, la nourriture. Malheureusement en pleine heure de midi, les serveurs n’étaient que 2 au bar de la piscine. Armez-vous de patience pour commander quelque chose. Le dernier soir, nous avons demandé à manger dehors, la serveuse nous a dit oui. On a du aller à l’intérieur 2 fois pour chercher les serveurs car ils nous oubliaient… 20 minutes pour prendre notre commande et ensuite 25 minutes pour qu’on reprenne nos assiettes pour l’entrée… on a……

“Location excellent. Lovely private patio area with shade, and outdoor furniture. Bungalows need freshening, but no major issues.”

“Our 20th plus trip to this hotel so, think we like it! The hotel gardens are superbly maintained albeit some pf the paths are becoming tired but, they are being updated in parts of the grounds. The reception staff and those at breakfast are friendly and very efficient. One of the main attractions for us staying here is LANZAROTE BIKE located in the ground floor of the hotel. Miguel, Stephanie and Guillimer, one of the mechanics are great people. What is better than having a nice breakfast,……

“Room was basic but very clean. Food was fine good selection and drinks were as expected for all inclusive hotel. If you get a good deal then it’s value for money. Bit of a walk into the old town but enjoyed walking. ”
