「The staff was extremely helpful from the minute I checked in( I checked in at 9am but they still gave me a room as they knew I have a 13 hours flight and nn need for me to wait till 3 pm, very considerate).
The restaurant and cafe they recommended are excellent and very patient to explain me the direction.
The only little thing is the bathroom floor, there was a dirty, sticky finger prints on the floor.
Didint know why they were there and it’s too obvious that they shouldn’t have missed it.」

「Perfectly located for walking almost anywhere.
The happy hour, cheese trolley, and breakfast were lovely amenities included in the cost. This really made the stay 5-star not having to worry about the usual high costs of hotel amenities.
The room was cozy and comfy.

「We are the type of travelers that do not spend much time in our hotel room because we are out and typically return in the evening so as a result of this, but do require the hotel we stay to be in a safe area and feel safe when inside. 「Highly recommended. Definitely a good choice to stay in old town Amsterdam with friendly local Dutch host and staffs. Most sightseeing places are walking distance. Characteristic decorated bar and tables. Delicious breakfast. Room windows can open and enjoy the sun light, fresh air and canal view. Free minibar refreshes everyday. 「Love the history and character of this hotel. The service is incomparable and the staff is amazing. Bedding was very comfortable. Jansz restaurant was wonderful as was the Pulitzer Bar. I do wish our room had better lighting but that’s a minor issue.
