"Hotel is in a great location just a few steps from the Hachijo exit of Kyoto station. The room and bathroom was very clean. Good sized room. Breakfast offers a good choice of Japanese and western dishes. The breakfast area can get a little hectic but is well managed. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and kind."

"Highly recommend this hotel! Everyone was so accommodating. Our flight got cancelled so we arrived a day late, but we didn’t have any issues at all upon arrival. The staff spoke perfect English at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk. The hotel is conveniently located in Kyoto Station with a 7-11 just downstairs and several nearby restaurants in the Porta Dining basement. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and bathroom amenities (hairbrush, toothbrush, comb, shower cap, disposable stick razors, soap, bath salts, hair ties, q-tips, etc.) stocked up each day."

"Our family of 6 totally enjoyed Onyado Nono Kyotoshichijo Natural Hot Springs Hotel! We enjoyed experiencing traditional tatami mats and using the shoe lockers. Our rooms were right next to each other for easy access to one another and used the casual outfits provided when going to the onsen. The onsen was beautiful, clean and luxurious. I especially enjoyed the calm, peace and temperature of the water. We all enjoyed and appreciated the variety of dishes & beverages presented during breakfast. For us, Onyado Nono Kyotoshichijo is a top tier establishment with wonderful, helpful, cooperative and understanding staff members. Check-in and check-out was very organized and easy. They put me and my family first and I just loved my stay there. I most definitely want to return to this awesome establishment!!"

"20/10!! This has to be one of the BEST Hotel we've stayed at in Japan. For the price we paid, we we're not expecting such comfort, luxury, and space. The hotel feels clean and new, has a modern, yet traditional Japanese vibe. The rooms are enormous and the reception area features a coffee bar, and an ACYE Breakfast area. It's located in the most beautiful and spacious property equipped with a public bathhouse that you must try, a laundry mat, a free coffee bar, and an rooftop terrace with the most amazing views! Its also conveniently located next to family mart and 7eleven, and Kyoto's Starbucks. All the main attractions less than 30 minutes away on Uber. The train station is just a 6 minutes away walk. This place made me really sad to leave Kyoto and I will recommend it to all my friends and family."
