「Hanare Kyoto worked perfectly for my family of 4. The location was ideal - 5 min walk to the Kyoto train station, but set back on a quiet street and very private. 「The staff are nice and helpful. Thank you for replacing the bed sheet because of my sudden period. The location is not near the railway station buut the bus station is near the hotel. The convenience store is beside it. If you want to go to AEON mall/Kyoto Station/other restaurant, it needs about 10mins-12mins to walk. The facilities are convenient and the room is big for two persons to live. I recommend the hotel .」

「地理方面：離京都站只有一站距離，而酒店亦非常近車站，二樓已有很多餐廰可以選擇，附近亦有一間便利店, 非常滿意。酒店設施方面：有浴池，有洗衣房，設施不錯。但有一點希望酒店可以改善，可能入住的日期是日本假期，所以旅客比較多，使用洗衣機的客人也多。記憶中好像有4至5 部洗衣機。但有些用家們比較不負責任，沒有按時去提取洗完的衣服。但酒店的指引是若洗完後30 分鍾沒有提取，職員才可把衣服取出。30 分鍾時間也太長吧! 明明已經有洗衣機可用，但由於那些不負責任的用家和酒店規定，要白白等30 分鍾過去才可找職員幫忙，真的有點浪費時間。如果將時間改為10-15 分鍾，會比較方便所有住客。」

「This hotel is right outside the train station, takes only 2 minutes to get there! Taking buses is also a convenient option. There’s a convenient store and a Starbucks right around the corner, and it’s located right beside a park. The room is clean and spacious, and got Onsen! But the Onsen didn’t provide body lotion and water, so better remember to bring those if you think you’re going to use the Onsen.」
