「The room is spacious and clean. But there is no cleaning service for staying less than 7 nights, and the sofa bed is sagged and uncomfortable. It is close to tram stop, so it’s convenient but noisy at night. 」

「It was no communication between me and the staff it took me almost two hours to get in no staff to talk to and i got kids and luggage it was too hot it was trouble it was bad bad bad and they charged me different fees than i was supposed to pay( $82) they charged me (96 euros) which is wrong I just owed them $82 only , i had a bad experience with them」

「Very compact apartment in a great location justa few minutes from the spanish steps, piazza navona and the trevi fountain with a small Carrefour just across the road Check in. Keys were left with a security guard. One plus is there is a guard 24 hours a day No formal check-in or information given . Didn't see anyone from the property my whole stay. No welcome pack with WiFi codes or anything and poor phone reception inside Also one one key which makes it awkward if someone wants to...

「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」
