「Everything was excellent, with the only exception being the music played over the loudspeakers in the hotel’s common areas at midnight is unnecessary.」

「it is good , recommended」

「The hotel was great and s evidence also very good, but the location was a bit far for tourism people」

「DON’T book this hotel!!! We were really really really disappointed with our room - we don’t mind it’s a small triple however it was entirely different from online booking pictures. Those pictures are so so so misleading. Everything in the room was very dated and made us feeling so uncomfortable, especially my little daughter. We spoke with the reception twice and requested to change the room, the day staff and night staff were both rude to reject, the reason was rooms full occupied (we...

「everything was fine....only thing was that the noise from the street at night made it very difficult to sleep...it was Saturday night so maybe that's why? There was people speaking till like 3-4 am and you heard them clearly.」

「The room is spacious and clean. But there is no cleaning service for staying less than 7 nights, and the sofa bed is sagged and uncomfortable. It is close to tram stop, so it’s convenient but noisy at night. 」

「Good stay」

We also had someone attempt to look through the main door, which made us feel even more unsafe. The...

「Nice room in the heart of san Lorenzo. Host was very responsive and gave helpful recommendations. Lots of space and the common kitchen was well equipped.」

「Clean room. No one said about taxes being paid in cash, had my card ran for 28 euros, which was more than I needed to pay… he said I could not pay with my card because its taxes.」

「Good location」

「Excellent!! The staff in the reception was very nice and helped me a lot during my sudden accommodation!!」
