Property is in a great location right by the Spanish steps. It has everything you need and is a good size for a family of four. The property manager is very responsive to messages and her assistant was very helpful and welcoming on check in.

This apartment is beautiful, literally on the Spanish Steps! It’s in a wonderful area within walking distance to many places. Paola, Karina & her drivers were all so kind & helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is right off the Spanish steps! The square is humming with a great vibe! It’s very conveniently located about 90 seconds from a metro stop which allows access to everything. Paola is a great host with plenty of ideas for dining. She also was kind enough to help us arrange a driver to pick us up at the airport! The apartment is spacious and has everything we needed! I have stayed here twice now and will be back next time I visit Rome!!!

I had an incredible stay at Paola’s place. The place was very clean, well-decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Paola was very accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was fantastic, right next to Spanish Steps and close the Spagna Metro station. The place had very easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful and hassle-free experience. Will definitely be back!

Everything about our stay was amazing. To be literally on the Spanish Steps was truly magical. Paola was there to greet us and make us feel at home. She was kind enough to arrange for a driver to take us to the airport and give us suggestions for dining. Definitely made for a most enjoyable and memorable vacation.

This apartment is in one of the best locations if you are touring Rome. As others have stated, it is literally location on the edge of the Spanish Steps. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and appointed. Paola was amazing and very helpful, providing travel and local tourist information and recommendations prior to and during our stay. My family LOVED staying here while in Roma! The apartment is literally next to the Spanish Steps yet also tucked away and quiet. The area is prime for shopping and has many lovely cafes and ristorantes in close walking distance. Karina was our host contact during our stay and she was lovely, giving us recommendations and even facilitating our airport transfer. We will definitely try to stay here when we get to return to Roma!

Staying in this lovely apartment on the iconic Spanish Steps was wonderful! The best location - so easy and convenient to get to many places by foot, taxi, or Metro. Paolo was a fantastic host - arranged a driver to and from the airport, recommended an accomplished private tour guide, oriented us to the local area (grocery store close by), and suggested several restaurants with delicious food. The apartment itself is beautiful and well appointed (comfy beds, too). After our full days of walking and adventure, it was nice to come “home” to such a comfortable place. A great bonus to an incredible, memorable visit to Rome!

We couldn't have been any happier with our accommodations at The Magic Terrace Apartment on our first trip to Rome! Ideal location within a major tourist spot yet extremely quiet and safe. Apartment was meticulously maintained. Paola kept in close contact prior to the stay and Karina was very friendly providing a smooth check in/check out process. I would highly recommend using their drivers who were so helpful and courteous. They not only provided tidbits about various points of interest along the drive, but helped with our luggage to/from the apartment. We would definitely want to stay here again!

Paola’s apartment was absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic, literally right next to the Spanish steps with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We were able to go on foot for sightseeing and walk to the major Roman sites. The apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished - the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were great, the kitchen was well equipped. We really appreciated the A/C - the apartment stayed perfectly cool and comfortable even though it was 100 degrees outside! Paola was an excellent hostess - she’s very kind and a great communicator - she made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us arrange airport transportation when it was time to leave. We would definitely recommend her apartment and would love to stay there again!!

Took adult son and their partner to Italy, started here in Rome. First time using VRBO internationally and loved this stay. Nice to meet locals, beautiful location central to much of what we wanted to see, and easy to get a cab to places further. Karina was so helpful including help navigating to the train station our day of departure. Beds were super comfortable. AC worked great which was such a pleasure after a day at n the heat. Kitchen had everything we looked for although we cooked no meals.

The location can't be better, you are right on the Spanish Steps. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable. There is an area to people watch from a garden bench BUT the only access is thru the 1 bedroom. The 1 BR is upstairs and separate from the 2nd bathroom. We had 2 couples and it was fine for us but just understand the layout of the apartment. Overall it was great.
