“My wife and I rented the space for the long weekemd of our wedding. We had a wonderful stay and had little to complain about. The kitchen and living room was very useful as a homebase for wedding planning, the rooms where cozy, and with no other apartment in any direction the privacy is wonderful. When we had friends and family stop by they had nothing but praise for the look and feel of the space. I can only think of two minor complaints from our stay. The first was there was a bottle of wine……

“Host did extras including grab bars/mat in shower (I have a slight imbalance prob) and getting us decaf coffee. He met us on arrival and literally walked us throughout. Everything was remodeled and clean as a pin. I don’t like steps with imbalance prob, so except for a shower, we stayed very comfy on the 1st floor with our Murphy bed, ½ bath (well stocked), kitchenette with table/chairs, fridge, MW, hot plate and every type of pot, pan, silverware, plate, cup and glass possible (SMILEY FACE). As……

“This location was quiet, spacious, affordable, and all around a great stay. I will definitely be booking here again if I am ever visiting Rockford. ”

“We enjoyed our stay, but a few things were missing/wrong. We tried to use the VRBO app to give us directions to the apt. Thing is it took us to a rural farm house. Knowing that couldn't be correct we entered the address into Goggle maps and at least got close. The kitchen garbage can was very, very tiny. Had to bag up our garbage in plastic bags our food from the grocery store came in. There was no dish soap or dish cloth and only 1 towel in the kitchen. The bedroom window has a security light……
