"Due to a winter storm, Lufthansa closed the departure airport, and I could not arrive in Zurich for my first night. I promptly notified the property, providing them with the canceled flight number but they refused to reimburse me for the first night. According to international law, this is considered a force major circumstances but apparently Townhouse Boutique is governed by rudeness and disrespect for customer service. There are so many other properties in Zurich. My advise book any of them but AVOID AT ALL COSTS Townhouse."

"The rooms are fully sound proofed to account for their vibrant night life scene downstairs. You are unlikely to find a hotel with a wider array of amenities, though maybe not the amenities you typically associate with hotels. It has great city views, and small but luxurious rooms. The location is also exceptional, right next to Zurich Main Station and in the heart of the Old Town"
