"It would have been a good stay except for one thing...the bed mattress was terrible and I spent the night tossing and turning and only managed 3 hours sleep and I was speaking at a funeral the next day so it wasnt good. Eveything else was great so if they could just provide mattresses where the springs dont bite into your back, shoulders and thighs it would be a great place to stay"

"Where do I start. I've spoken and complained to staff. I want a refund. If someone had said I'd get my money back to book somewhere else i would have. Arrived to a boiler not working. Eventually after several calls the maintenance man arrived. We had to show him how to fix it. Even he admitted the place smelt of drains and the fridge smelt so badly even he agreed it was eye watering. There are no lampshades in any room. The maintenance man said they'd be stolen. Not true I checked the estate...
