We just returned from a lovely week at Ferienpark Markgrafenheide and couldn't be happier! The holiday home was spacious and beautifully decorated in that charming rustic style, We especially enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace with fresh rolls from the local shop, The proximity to the beach was a huge plus for us, allowing spontaneous afternoon swims, Our kids loved the climbing forest nearby, and we even managed a day trip to Stralsund to visit the Ozeaneum, which was fantastic, The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable, Highly recommend for families!

Basisausstattung (außer Backofen oder Toaster), Bad etwas klein für die Anzahl an Gästen - offene Dusche äußerst unpraktisch (läuft zusätzlich noch sehr langsam ab), Personal vor Ort sehr hilfsbereit (lediglich die Kommunikation untereinander funktioniert nicht optimal), das Campinggelände bietet einige Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten, der Strand ist sehr schnell erreicht und ist sehr schön (kaum Steine, viele Muscheln, sehr schöner Sand)

Wir sind als Familie 2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder und Hund angereist. Das Haus war ausreichend groß mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet. Allerdings gibt es keinen Backofen, nur einen Herd mit 4 Kochfeldern. Ein Toaster der laut Beschreibung vorhanden ist, ist nicht da und gibt es auf Nachfrage auch nicht mehr, "man bekommt ja schließlich tägl frische Brötchen vor Ort"-Aussage Rezeption. Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher u Kaffeemaschine waren da. Was uns sehr gestört hat, das man das Wasser in Küche und Bad, vorallem in der Dusche entweder kalt o heiß machen konnte. Die Mischbatterie für das Wasser war für den Ar***. Also im Sommer sicher kein Problem mit kalten Wasser duschen, aber im Frühjahr o Herbst ein No-Go! Die steile Treppe ist in der Beschreibung auch raus zu lesen. Diese ist auch wirklich steil, für kleine Kinder nicht optimal, sogar unser 11 jähriger ist 1x runtergefallen. Des Weiteren wurde in der Beschreibung von Schwimmbecken innen wie außen geschrieben, von 7 Tagen hat es 5 Tage geöffnet, wo von 1 Stunde (10-11Uhr) Kinder schwimmen dürfen. !!! 1 Stunde !!! Ist das ein Witz? Das Schwimmbecken war die meiste Zeit leer, einfach ohne Worte! Unsere Kinder durften heulend wieder abtreten obwohl das Becken/Bad leer war. Ein niedliches Tiergehege mit Ziegen und Schweinen, sowie ein Reiterhof vor Ort. 3 schöne Spielplätze auf dem Gelände. Ein zur Herbstzeit nicht gepflegter Minigolfplatz, wir hatten trotzdem Spaß. Zum Strand 5min zu Fuß. Da wir im Oktober waren, durfte der Hund überall an den Strand. Zur Hauptsaison muss man schon ein Stück laufen zum Hundestrand. Vom Strand aus ein wunderschöner Ausblick nach Warnemünde. Im großen und ganzen kann man schonmal Urlaub hier machen, aber da wir anderes kennen, würden wir nicht wieder hierher kommen!

Es ist eine tolle Anlage und nicht weit zum Strand,daher sehr empfehlenswert, Die Huser sind klasse gemacht, Es wird viel geboten auf der Anlage auch fr die Kleinen, Liegt auch sehr gut, Man kann viele Orte sehr gut und schnell erreichen, Ein und Aus Checken war unproblematisch, Man bekommt dort auch alles was man bentigt, Es sollte nur drauf geachtet werden das die Sonnenschirme die zum Haus gehren ab und zu gewechselt werden:) und das Personal nicht einfach ins Haus platzt, Ansonsten ein wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub

Zusatzkosten

Das Objekt ist schon alt. Alles ist schief. Selbst die Türen haben große Spalten durch die sich die kalte Luft hervorragend im gesamten Objekt verteilen kann. Das ist zur kalten Jahreszeit sehr schwetwiegend und teuer!!! Die Heizung und das Warmwasser werden per Strom!!! betrieben, der extra berechnet wird. Wir haben hierfür Anfang April noch einmal extra 60€ für eine Woche gelöhnt. Das sollte man wissen, da man immer davon ausgeht, das ein Haus auch warm vermietet wird. Aus meiner Sicht eine klare Täuschung.
