「This is my second time staying at the Grand Hyatt. I found this hotel after a horrible experience at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Hotel in Mid Towne. The best choice!! From the valet, to the front desk check in. Services were impeccable. There is a young lady at the Market who is the sweetest person. Make sure you visit the Adler Md say hello. Comfortable bedding, walkable area. You will not be disappointed 」

「FORTH Hotel was excellent and we really enjoyed our anniversary stay. The customer service is top notch which really elevates the experience and makes this hotel really stand out. I would stay here again because the service is just impeccable and the location can’t be better. The restaurants are also so good, you really don’t need to leave the property if you don’t want to. "The route to the room was confusing and there was no clear guidance. Many guests, like us, kept getting lost and taking the wrong paths over and over again. The front desk service was excellent. The interior of the hotel rooms, the swimming pool facilities, the bar, etc. all met the standards of a four-star hotel. However, the toilet in the room was not much different from that in a motel. It was rather simple and it seemed that the hotel had run out of funds when it came to decorating the toilets in the rooms."
