Located close to the quays, this bright and cosy F2 flat welcomes you for your stay in Rouen. Whether you're on a business trip or a tourist getaway, you'll enjoy this beautiful flat with parking space included.

The flat is bathed in natural light and features a pleasant living room with sofa, coffee table and television, opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen. You'll find all the appliances you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible: microwave oven, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything else you need to cook just like at home.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with storage space, and the bathroom has a shower, vanity unit and WC.

Thanks to its close proximity to public transport, you can easily reach the city centre and explore the region's historical and cultural treasures.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
Private parking is available with the accommodation. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

## Neighborhood

The Saint-Sever district, on the left bank of Rouen, is a dynamic area combining history and shopping. Well served by public transport, notably the metro and several bus routes, it offers quick access to Rouen's historic centre while providing all the local amenities.

## Transit

You're a 5-minute walk from the quays of the Seine, and a 15-minute walk from Rouen city centre.
A dedicated parking space is located 5 minutes' walk from the flat.

## Notes

Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the flat is located on the 3rd floor. Access may therefore be difficult for people with reduced mobility.

Arrivals are autonomous for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures must be no later than 11am.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
