“Fortunately, we saw Nordic light the second day on the lake in front of the hotel. The Nordic light was very clear and fantastic.
There are sun block curtains at every windows but only half transparent curtain at the door in living room which made us felt a bit lack of privacy.

“Friendly staff helped for detailed check-in. They provide shuttle to drive you and the luggage to your room door! And for check-out as well! “Great deal compared to other hotels. Super clean, lots of space and 5 minute walk to city center but you need to take a bus to Santa Claus Village. “Nice apartment just outside centre. Had all essentials in there, was clean and modern. Would recommend. 5-10 minute walk from 2 supermarkets. Only issue was getting in initially, the code had changed but we weren’t informed but was all resolved quickly. ”

"Perfect house, perfect location, perfect hotel restaurant! Just 5 minutes walk to Santa Claus village. All parts in the house are in perfect condition, especially there’s private sauna in each house, an enjoyable stay.
Also, I sent the massage to celebrate my lover’s birthday at the very last minute and the hotel did tried their best to help with the arrangement.
The hotel restaurant is totally underrated and it only got 4.6 in Google. However, after having dinner in surrounding restaurant with a high-score, I think this restaurant should be the best one. "

"No designed parking area in front of the chalet, one night someone parked in front of our chalet and we had to park further away and walk back under the snow. Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good. Laundry machine - 10 EUR for 2 hours. "

"I stayed here for just one night, and the power tripped twice. I had to move a chair to reach the breaker box and reset the switch both times. "The hotel was situated on top of the hill, and we really loved the landscape around the hotel. A lot of trees and a lot of snow with few people. But there were no nearby bus stops, so transportation was quite inconvenient. Taxi to the city centre for 6 people was 46Euros. But since we expected this when we booked this hotel, we have booked tour with hotel pick up most of the time, so it was not that big of a problem for us.
Staff were friendly, food at the restaurant was good.
Room was small but comfortable and clean. Good to have a private sauna in the room, we enjoyed that :)
It was right next to a ski resort, so good for people who like to ski as well."
