“Fortunately, we saw Nordic light the second day on the lake in front of the hotel. The Nordic light was very clear and fantastic.
There are sun block curtains at every windows but only half transparent curtain at the door in living room which made us felt a bit lack of privacy.
Apart from this small issue, we have a great holiday in the hotel. We love the sauna, bedroom, washroom, kitchen and the 10% discount given by the hotel for reservation of local tours. It is also very quiet and easy to……

“Friendly staff helped for detailed check-in. They provide shuttle to drive you and the luggage to your room door! And for check-out as well! Free access to the snowman world including the ice house and ice bar, and snow slide. In the igloo, You can see all the color and materials are matched and designed. “Great deal compared to other hotels. Super clean, lots of space and 5 minute walk to city center but you need to take a bus to Santa Claus Village. “Nice apartment just outside centre. Had all essentials in there, was clean and modern. Would recommend. 5-10 minute walk from 2 supermarkets. Only issue was getting in initially, the code had changed but we weren’t informed but was all resolved quickly. ”

Did the Husky self drive, it was great with a great Husky farm: Matara Creek.
Hotel was great overall, Spa, breakfast, services. I recommend to drive or to plan your activities with the hotel as this is 45 min from the city center. "

"No designed parking area in front of the chalet, one night someone parked in front of our chalet and we had to park further away and walk back under the snow. Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good. Laundry machine - 10 EUR for 2 hours. "

"The hotel was situated on top of the hill, and we really loved the landscape around the hotel. A lot of trees and a lot of snow with few people. But there were no nearby bus stops, so transportation was quite inconvenient. Taxi to the city centre for 6 people was 46Euros. But since we expected this when we booked this hotel, we have booked tour with hotel pick up most of the time, so it was not that big of a problem for us.
Staff were friendly, food at the restaurant was good.
Room was small but comfortable and clean. Good to have a private sauna in the room, we enjoyed that :)
It was right next to a ski resort, so good for people who like to ski as well."
