"Perfect property with a stunning ocean view right out the patio door! The condo is situated within walking distance to many restaurants and the Coconut Marketplace Shopping area. The location was also centrally located for visiting the northern beaches, as well as all of the southern beaches. The condo was outfitted with everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrella for beach days. We definitely recommend this place!"

"This place was AMAZING!! I can’t wait to come back. The condo was very affordable and perfect for our family. It’s clear from the listing that this isn’t a luxury resort, but it definitely has everything you need and more! The pool was an awesome amenity. "The place is beautiful designed inside, so well thought out. The galley kitchen had everything needed. The view of the pool and ocean are also excellent. I only gave 4 stars due to a noisy AC unit which couldn't be fixed during our stay, but our host was very attentive to try and get people out to fix it ASAP. The shades are also not great if you like to sleep in as they let a lot of light in. And the last suggestion I have is to add a deadbolt or chain so we know a previous renter and code...

"We stayed here two times within last 2 years and this is very affordable hotel in central location with easy access to the both sides of the island. Also it is very close to the Kapaa and coconut market area which makes it very convenient. Hotel itself is ok. It has very big potential. Good place for those who want to save some money and doesn't require much of amenities. If you come to Kauai for nature and tours - this is the place to stay at."

"This was a great stay in Kapaa! The location was perfect for us. The facilites were nice and organized. There was a great amount of appliances to use. Lots of delicious restaurants and coffee shops close by. Only a 4 minute walk to the beach. This was exactly what we were looking for! "

"This place is fabulous. Very well mained, just by the beach. Exceptional service. They had a free show for guests. They also keep free coffee, juice, free candy bar in their awesome lobby. Shopping and coffee/restaurant in the Villa area itself. Very safe to walk around and relax by the beach. Free covered parking. Villa has everything we wanted and reasonal price too. It felt homely, would love to go back. "
