「The condo was in a great location and walking distance to the Coconut Marketplace and restaurants. The condo was clean and had supplies to use at the beach. The pool and pool bar was a nice plus. The communication with the host was easy and quick. I highly recommend.」

「Owner is high maintenance regarding requests for the unit with relatively low hospitality. The unit had dirty floors and when contacted, he was primarily dismissive. Other areas of the unit were clean. Would recommend bringing shoes to wear around the unit, as also suggested by the owner when we contacted them. 「This is one of the best accommodations we’ve stayed in Hawaii. "Great value stay in Kauai, especially for families. This is probably the best value hotel we’ve stayed at in Hawaii. It’s not a luxury resort, but it offers everything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained without feeling outdated. The location is a huge plus. It’s close to the airport and within easy walking distance to Coconut Marketplace, where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. Not needing to drive for meals or snacks was extremely convenient. The hotel’s restaurant, Lava Lava Beach Club, is also delicious and worth trying. One of the most memorable moments of our stay was spotting a monk seal resting right on the beach in front of the hotel—such a special and unexpected experience. A couple of small things could be improved: the shower pressure in our room was a bit weak, and the public microwave in the lobby wasn’t very easy to find. Overall, this hotel is a great option for families. Our 2-year-old had a wonderful time here, and we would happily stay again on our next trip to Kauai."
