「Portal House apartments are in a super location only 300 meters from Old Town square literally a three or four minute walk. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Like MANY places in Europe the building has air conditioning but each individual room doesn't control it. Having said that I left yesterday and it was 93 degrees and the room was comfortable better than other places I've stayed as far as room temperature. 」

「Skulle have en ekstra overnatning og måtte derfor skifte hotel. Til vores held fik vi et værelse her og det er absolut ikke sidste gang. Sødeste betjening og helt igennem skønt hotel. Masser af plads og flotte omgivelser. Tæt på alt. Dog er sovesofaen elendig og knager hver gang man vender sig, så ungerne sov ikke så godt. 」

「Perfect location within the pedestrianised area of Krakow Old Town, and just a few minute’s walk from the Main Square. Parking is available - valet service only, at an extra charge - but I recommend that you call ahead to get the drop-off address to input into your GPS, otherwise your GPS probably won’t let you enter the pedestrianised zone. 「新的這一棟房間裝修光亮採光很好、我選擇2張單人床的感覺床很小，可能是亞洲的單人床睡慣大的了、建議還是選擇大床舒服一點、服務很好跟他們要水都會送上來房間！樓下的spa也挺不錯的有空的話可以去享受一下！游泳池是室內的不大，記得帶泳衣過來享受喔！早餐也可以接受，當然沒亞洲酒店這麼豐富這房間唯一缺點便是洗澡時水會流出地面、而地面卻沒有排水孔導致洗完澡後地面宛如淹水一樣需要用很多毛巾去擦拭吸水！水會沿著浴缸邊緣流到地面，由於地板是大理石所以擔心會滑倒！不建議老人入住」

「We absolutely loved this hotel! We drove in to Krakow in the late afternoon and found the driving in the old city area pretty challenging. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing and helped us get our car parked and took out all of the stress with trying to navigate the streets on our own.
