“Portal House apartments are in a super location only 300 meters from Old Town square literally a three or four minute walk. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Like MANY places in Europe the building has air conditioning but each individual room doesn't control it. Having said that I left yesterday and it was 93 degrees and the room was comfortable better than other places I've stayed as far as room temperature. ”

“Perfect location within the pedestrianised area of Krakow Old Town, and just a few minute’s walk from the Main Square. Parking is available - valet service only, at an extra charge - but I recommend that you call ahead to get the drop-off address to input into your GPS, otherwise your GPS probably won’t let you enter the pedestrianised zone. The Pod Roza hotel is clean and comfortable, with modern fittings in an gorgeous old building. We sorted out our own breakfast so I can’t comment on the……

“Fantastic historic building with charm on every floor. Elevator may not be suitable for all but we did fit two people and 2 lg, 2sm pieces of luggage in it. Reception was wonderful in terms of recommendations and can put you in touch with their driver given a day's notice.”

“新的這一棟房間裝修光亮採光很好、我選擇2張單人床的感覺床很小，可能是亞洲的單人床睡慣大的了、建議還是選擇大床舒服一點、服務很好跟他們要水都會送上來房間！樓下的spa也挺不錯的有空的話可以去享受一下！游泳池是室內的不大，記得帶泳衣過來享受喔！早餐也可以接受，當然沒亞洲酒店這麼豐富這房間唯一缺點便是洗澡時水會流出地面、而地面卻沒有排水孔導致洗完澡後地面宛如淹水一樣需要用很多毛巾去擦拭吸水！水會沿著浴缸邊緣流到地面，由於地板是大理石所以擔心會滑倒！不建議老人入住”

“This apartment is very luxurious. There was nothing it didnt have. Location was 10 minutes walk from the train station and 2 minutes to the Town Square. Being just away from the square meant it was nice amd quiet. The apartment was more like a 5 star apartment. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We absolutely loved this hotel! We drove in to Krakow in the late afternoon and found the driving in the old city area pretty challenging. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing and helped us get our car parked and took out all of the stress with trying to navigate the streets on our own. The rooms are beautiful and the whole hotel feels clean, modern and the service is just excellent. Breakfast were phenomenal! We walked everywhere from this hotel and totally enjoyed our experience.
