鲁德斯多夫度假短租

“The hotel room offers ample space and comprehensive amenities. It's conveniently situated near restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff, known for their amiable demeanor, ensured we had a pleasant evening.”

“De buitenruimte bood fijne plekken om te relaxen.”

“It was nice to have contact-free check in. However not everything was straightforward or as described. The code for the garage only worked getting in from the street, could not access garage once in building and had to go back to street to get to the car. Had to message for code to laundry room and once there no detergent in machines, slow response and did not get laundry done that stay. The apartment itself was perfect, clean and the right features for a short stay.”

“Es war ganz angenehmet”

“They use AI to reply your question so the answer are quite ridiculous on hotel.com. they say they have washing machine but the AI when asked he said there are none and when I found the washing machine they don’t work.”

“When I arrived, I discovered that I couldn't flush the toilet. The flush button and its components were just laying on the washbasin, leaving a hole where the button should have been. The reception staff could not offer me another room. Later that night, I woke up and saw bedbugs in my bed. Although the reception was easily reachable by phone and WhatsApp, they were unable to offer an alternative at that time. I checked out the next morning and received a refund, which was handled quickly.”
