“This apartment was our base camp in our Easter holiday in Berlin. In the apartment there were all we needed: kitchen, microwave oven, washing machines (for the clothes a separate washing room), TV with HDMI connection, separable beds. Recycling norms of Germany were new for us so we had some challenges in separating waste correctly. Negative side was that there were no waste bags for all different wastes. Of course, we could have asked from reception. The service in the reception was excellent……

“It’s a great property well located as it’s not too far from alexanderplatz. It was clean and comfortable! What was a little unfortunate is that the facility has no storage room and therefore, If like us, your return journey is towards the end of the day, you either have to find a storage rental service or carry the bag with you wherever you go! If you have backpacks or small trolley bags, the latter is doable however if you’ve got bigger bags, it’s unlikely to be convenient and so you’d need……

“这是我出国那么多次以来入住的最糟糕的饭店，我们晚上十点到的前台已经下班了，只能打紧急电话给饭店紧急联络人，却被告知今天是周末他们休息，可是我们已经全部付款了，于是他便叫我们自己到信箱去找钥匙，入住后，洗澡时水忽冷忽热，房间打扫也是隔两天才有一次，最后离开那天更离谱，我们临时出去买东西，中午回来的时候行李已经被扔出房间在前台，员工竟然说没有我们的联系方式只能这样做，简直是胡说八道，检查行李还发现少了一些东西，这是最恐怖最烂的饭店，从服务到一切的一切都是糟糕透顶的，奉劝想要入住的中国朋友还是不要再考虑这家...”

“房間寬敞，有廚房，乾淨，早餐有牛角包及咖啡免費提供，洗手間很大，職員有禮，近地鐵站！很不錯”

“Really like the location. It is convenient. The room is big and I like the balcony. I love the kitchen so much because I love to cook. There is a supermarket near to the hotel. I can cook every night.”

“Bra hotell. Enkelt, snyggt och rent. Väl fungerande koncept. Extra plus är flertalet S-Bahn och spårvagnslinjer i omedelbar närhet, med vilka det går att ta sig åt vilket håll som helst. Bra butiker alldeles i närheten också. Stort tack till personalen som var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. ”

“Very cosy and modern hotel. Nice and young design. Very comfy bed, we had very good sleep. Free water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate at reception. Staffs are very friendly. We like the lobby. Hotel located in a very quiet neighbourhood. Supermarket and dm are right next door. ”

“我本人 太不滿意自動化check in.可以的話有人手幫助check in選擇. 房間內兩大問題.1.廁所燈光足夠,但係房內燈光昏暗,如兩者燈光對換就好.每次執物品需到近廁所位才可執東西. 2.房內wi-fi很弱,需站立到門口才可接收.很不方便. 3.供电socket有時無电供應. ”
