「If you enjoy old homes with a cozy feel to them, this is the place. Its adorably decorated and well equipped. The beds were super comfortable. Theres a small garden with seating as well as a seating area out front . Its within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was super safe and quiet. The neighbors were truly nice and friendly. The owner of the property was an amazing person. He was helpful and informative beyond any expectations. If we could give 10 stars we would....

「A lovely well presented and equipped cottage, ideally located for day trips into Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Teabags, coffee, milk, bread and butter were waiting for us when we got there. We loved the peace and quiet of the location and would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a break in this location.」

「What a lovely place to stay! Watching the horses coming and going a bonus. Such a beautiful quirky cottage. Clean, comfy and spacious for a couple and our two dogs. The hot tub was a lovely treat after long dog walks.. Hook Norton and Swalcliffe visits a must. Pubs are so lovely and dog friendly. The land around the riding school great for the dogs too. Caroline the host very friendly a lovely lady. 」

「All check in details were emailed promptly by the owner and we found the property easily. We had a long weekend stay for a festival in the area and it made it very easy to travel to it each day. A great flat, nice lounge and comfy bed. Lovely self catering space 」

「Location location location. That coupled with a very well appointed accommodation. Do not pass this one by. Easily one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. Clean, spacious, everything you would need and some. Central to the Cotswold’s and all it has to offer.」

「Lovely stay. All the facilities were comfortable. Loved the outlook overlooking farmland just perfect for a relaxing time. Great selection of TV channels. A warm welcome with milk and biscuits provided which is a nice touch. Highly recommended.」

「We had an excellent time, the accommodation was peaceful and the hot tub amazing. We used it as a base as it was midway for the gents to go to Silverstone whilst the ladies when stopping in Birmingham. Would stay again if we decided to go back to Silverstone!」
