Rustic cabin right off the main road.

Very rustic cabin but comfortable enough for sleeping and showering. Not a place to hang out and relax or take in the scenery. Crack house right behind the property has barking dogs and really kept us from enjoying our coffee on the tiny front porch. Our view was the back of several businesses that face Sudderth. Location was ok for walking and shopping.

Great location and enjoyed our stay.

Overall had a great stay. However, the outside light at entry was not working, batteries for clock on wall and bulb in bathroom night light all need replacing.

I have requested a refund based on the experience. Cabin was misleading with its accommodations and the fridge was not working. Was relocated to another property but the back door was open and was a safety concern. The door would not lock. I was concerned that it was open for several days and there was an animal inside or a person.

Great stay

Great stay..had all I needed and close to main street if activities. Had only 3 items in need of replacement that were not urgent....outside light out, broken hairdryer, and broken tongs. After i contacted the manager as about thes first two items that still didn't get replaced. Overall a great stay....highly recommend it!

Nice place, close to shopping.

Nice place, close to shopping. Blow dryer needs replaced, the buttons were broken & would not come on. Bed was comfy & for a last minute booking, very economical. During COVID19, it was a no contact check in & out. Very accommodating, so did not have interaction with staff.

It had everything we needed.

It had everything we needed. You don't go to Ruidoso and stay in a hotel, you need a cabin and this is it. We were fortunate to discover it, and will never stay anywhere else!! Everyone was over the top nice and eager to please. We loved the cabin and this will be our new go-to location!
