Through the front door of this completely remodeled condo, you are surrounded by elegant wooden decor and a calming cream interior. Sink into one of the 2 plush living room sofas and turn on your favorite show on the flat-screen cable TV.

A beautiful, fully equipped kitchen is complete with top-notch stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a tile backsplash. Enjoy your meal at the 6-person wooden dining table or bring it out to the patio to dine al fresco while you watch the golfers finish playing on the course!

After a sun-filled day in the mountains, there's no better place to unwind than the spacious private patio. When you're not dining at the condo, be sure to drive or walk just under a mile into town and experience a delicious Ruidoso dinner! Some local favorites include Chef Shawn's Eatery, Grill Caliente, Tina's Cafe, Rio Grande Grill & Tap Room, and the Cornerstone Bakery & Cafe.

The Ruidoso Downs Race Track draws in crowds far and wide every year from Labor Day through Memorial Day. Drive 5 miles to get in on the action and watch the races or to simply explore the fun town of Ruidoso Downs!

If you're in the mood to get some turns in, drive 40 minutes to reach the base of Ski Apache! This expansive ski resort offers over 750 skiable acres and 55 different trails for every skill-level skier.

Some other options for fun include exploring the Fort Stanton-Snowy River Cave National Conservation Area, hiking to the Sierra Blanca Peak, or shopping in the quaint downtown area in Ruidoso!
