“I recently stayed at The Shore House in Ocean City, and I came away extremely disappointed. Here’s a detailed rundown of my experience: The moment I entered my room, I found the toilet in an unacceptable state—poop particles were left in the toilet bowl. I had to notify the front desk so maintenance could clean it out. The toilet bowl was completely dirty, and the walls and front door were dirty as well. I ended up having to clean those surfaces myself to feel comfortable in the space. The……

“Our room was clean. The staff was always helpful. The breakfast was good and the server was top notch. He was from the Ukraine. He was so helpful with whatever you needed, like he would pick up your trash and wipe your table. Parking was always plentiful. The area was great for kids. They had a playground and lots of space outdoors to run around. There was also a boat launch area with a small lake. The swimming pool was nice too, they even had pool toys for kids to play with. “the room was ok... shown signs of not maintaining ......weather stripping on the front door was warn and broken... panel under front window was coming off the wall in the bathroom it looks like they tried to fix a broken molding with puddy bathroom had what looked like mold or buildup of heavy soap scum in the shower. no wifi, tv didnt work even with cable box attached and light showing green it did show lighted as on option to pick in the menu. the lamp between the beds didnt turn on ... i……

“The A/C sounds were a little annoying other than that and the beds being a little hard it was a good stay”

“The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. the beds were comfortable. Parking is very tight, we parked and did not move our car until we left to come home. It is very close to the boardwalk, We were on the 5th floor and we had a small balcony to sit out on, but it gave us a great view of the ocean, and we got to see the moon come up every night. We would definitely go back there again.”

“Everything Was A1 From The Arrival To Departure!!! Ms/Mrs Porsha At The Front Desk Was Very Attentive,Informative & Knowledgeable Of The Area Of Ocean City!!! “Property itself is outdated, but serviceable. You get what you pay for. When we booked, and needed a one-night stay, it was a more affordable option given the boardwalk location in downtown OC.”

“We had a first floor oceanfront room which was clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the view and having morning coffee on the patio right next to the boardwalk was great. The beach was just a few steps away. The downside was the parking garage under the hotel. The parking spots are very cramped and difficult to maneuver. The hotel charges ten dollars a day for parking which I think is a bit over the top.”
